Refund Policy

At Lumiaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or packaging

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@getlumiaa.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@getlumiaa.com.
